1. Source of raw materials: recycling of marine resources

2. Core process: low temperature biological enzymatic hydrolysis technology

At present, the mainstream process is low-temperature biological enzymatic hydrolysis technology, which is different from traditional chemical hydrolysis or high-temperature fermentation. This process degrades fish macromolecular proteins into small molecular peptides, free amino acids and other components that are easily absorbed by crops through directional enzymatic hydrolysis. At the same time, active enzymes, unsaturated fatty acids, natural trace elements and other active substances are completely retained, avoiding the loss of nutrients and chemical residues. Some high-end products will also combine the low-temperature concentration process to further increase the nutrient concentration, so that the protein utilization rate will increase by more than 30% compared with the traditional process, and various indicators will reach the international leading level.
